1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Coast to Coast Lotto (the "Site"), operated by Coast to Coast Gaming Operations ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coast to Coast Lotto.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Access to and use of the Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time of access:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years of age. Access by anyone under the age of 19 is strictly prohibited.
  • Residency: You must be a resident of Canada and physically located within a Canadian province or territory where our services are legally permitted.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Excluded Persons: Employees of Coast to Coast Lotto, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to play or win prizes.
Warning: We utilize geo-location software to verify your physical location. Attempts to mask your location using VPNs or proxies constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To participate in games, you must register for a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and email.

3.2 One Account Policy

You are permitted to open only one (1) account. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts (e.g., to bypass limits or claim bonuses multiple times), all associated accounts will be closed, and all funds may be confiscated.

3.3 Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ticket Purchases & Game Rules

4.1 Finality of Purchase

All ticket purchases are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed by our system, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified by the user. Please check your numbers carefully before confirming your purchase.

4.2 Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time, though price changes will not affect tickets already purchased for future draws.

4.3 Draw Validity

A ticket is only valid if it is recorded on our central computer system. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers you believe you selected and the numbers recorded in our system, the system record shall prevail.

5. Prizes, Claims & Withdrawals

5.1 Prize Categories

  • Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Will be automatically credited to your Player Account balance within 24 hours of the official draw validation.
  • Major Prizes ($1,000 and over): Require a manual claim process. You will be contacted by our Prize Centre team.

5.2 Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawing any funds or claiming a Major Prize, you must successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

5.3 Jackpots

Jackpot prizes are pari-mutuel, meaning if there are multiple winners for the top prize, the advertised jackpot amount will be shared equally among all winning tickets. Jackpot winnings are paid via cheque or wire transfer.

5.4 Expiration

All prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and returned to the prize fund or donated to charity, as per regulatory requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, or federal law.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Site's code or servers.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or software to purchase tickets.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game.
  • Abusing the "Responsible Play" tools or attempting to bypass self-exclusion.

Violation of these rules may result in legal action and a permanent ban from our services.

7. Responsible Gaming

Coast to Coast Lotto is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Session Timers: Reminders of how long you have been logged in.
  • Self-Exclusion: A voluntary option to lock your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. This action is irreversible.

If you feel you have a gambling problem, please stop playing immediately and contact a local support organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coast to Coast Lotto and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  1. The use or inability to use the Service;
  2. Technical failures, including internet connection issues or server downtime;
  3. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
  4. Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on our homepage. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Toronto, Ontario.
